Character colors/markings have all been approved by the commissioner and finalized, got some quick test shading on so I can figure out the light source, turned the BG into a proper sketch. Today should be some quick inking and coloring of the BG, and then straight into properly shading everything...

Got most of the linework done and some basic flat colors in. Waiting on commissioner to ask for any final changes in linework and any corrections on color/fur pattern before I carry on.
