Okay guys. I think I found a solution for the avatar problem. It should be ready to go live tomorrow, together with a new small update containing bugfixes and the new alpha access update. Sorry it is taking so long but this was an unexpected problem.

The new avatar has resulted in some technical difficulties with the server side of things. I am working on it but I had to disable the avatar display temporarily. The game should be working in the meantime.
It will be fixed in a day or two.
